Great location and quiet neighbourhood, location especially good for Disney. Quick responses from the host! Nice size for a family of 5 but the villa is feeling very tired and in need of some modernisation and TLC (pool area and bathrooms in particular), our feelings have been reinforced by the much better condition of the villa we have moved to for our second week in the US. Overall suited us perfectly though for our busy plans that week!

— Great location and responsive host, but cleanliness and comfort issues impacted our stayThe location was excellent and very convenient. The host was responsive and did address several issues during our stay. However, the home had multiple problems that made the experience disappointing.When we arrived, the house was not properly cleaned. There were crumbs on the floors, sticky counters, worn carpets, and dirty walls. Our white socks turned black from walking on the floors and carpets, which clearly hadn’t been mopped in some time. There was mold or mildew in the shower, and we found and killed what appeared to be a cockroach/palmetto bug shortly after arriving. The pool also had algae growth.We also encountered maintenance issues: an emergency light hanging by its wires, a broken trash can lid, and a bathtub that didn’t work (which we discovered the day before leaving). The bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult during our seven‑night stay.To their credit, the host sent someone to clean the showers, replaced the trash can, repaired the emergency light, sent the pool technician, and lowered the thermostat to 72F. Even so, the house stayed between 74–76F, which was warmer than we preferred.We requested a refund of the cleaning fee due to the condition of the home, but the host declined. VRBO did refund their portion.

The best part of the whole stay was our contact person for the home, Renee. He was totally awesome!!! We have rented homes in the Orlando area for the past 6 years and his responsiveness and gold standard customer service made our vacation a winner. The home and neighborhood were nice, the pool was great and the amenties in the home were great as well.

Everything was just so so. Not terrible and not great. The single ply toilet paper, not working tub, separating nasty floor and stains everywhere just seemed like it's been used heavily and not maintained.
